Ethics and licence
AI images without rules are slop. Here are ours.
-
Own material
What we train ourselves is trained on owned or licensed imagery. The base models are third-party — we name which, and what we put on top.
-
Written consent
Real people need written consent. No faces, voices, or bodies without an agreement, and no deepfakes however funny the brief makes it sound.
-
Labelled as AI
Every delivery carries an AI disclosure and metadata in the file. C2PA once we have a signing certificate.
-
A human decides
Framing, light, casting, and final grade are ours. The model is a tool, not the director.
-
Camera crew
Sometimes the answer is a camera crew. If it has to be a real place, a real product, or a real person, we say so — the camera is in-house, so we do not have to pretend.
-
Your data
Reference material and everything you send us is yours. We do not train on your material for other clients, and we name every third-party service that touches it before we use it.
We say no to
- Deepfakes and voice clones of real people
- Political influence work and disinformation
- Images posing as news or documentary photography
- Children in commercial generated imagery
- Copying a living artist's style to order
- Medical or financial claims we cannot support
What you get
- Usage rights
- Scope in writing: channel, market, and term. No “unlimited” that nobody has read.
- Files
- Full resolution masters, layers where layers exist, and the format versions you need.
- Provenance
- What was generated, what was photographed, and which pipeline produced it.
- The pipeline
- Weights and node graphs stay ours. A buy-out is a separate contract, not a line on the price list.
